Selling a Home in Brevard County
There are over 6,000 homes listed for sale in Brevard County
in
.
3 out of 4 buyers start searching on the
internet, this is how homes are sold these days, but you must list your home with
the websites buyers are going to (see below). I've recently read surveys that say 33% of online
buyers only look at homes with a Visual Tours. Many
Realtors are praising Visual Tours as the wave of the
future and best marketing tool they've used in years. The reason they praise
Visual Tours is they see the results every day.
To best market your home MAKE SURE it's listed on Realtor.com (5.5 million visits a month), Yahoo Real
Estate .com (3 MILLION visits in a month), and
Prudential Properties at minimum. Many of these website advertise on HGTV. I
list my clients
on all those websites; not to mention we have
exclusive world wide
Cendant and Leadrouter referral technology.
Of course
we also use traditional marketing, your home will go in "The Guide" (a Brevard
realty magazine), RE/MAX Buyers Guide, Florida Today News Paper, and other local magazines, as well as open houses and post cards are sent out to the
immediate area. As a
professional hired to market your home I'll take all the room and property
measurements, gather the tax data and list your property
on the MLS. I'll then perform a visual tour the same day and have it on the MLS in 24hrs as well
as listed on all the websites and media mentioned above.
Your home will also get it's own web page and I have software that submits your
home to
298,000 search engines, classifieds and other media resources every week.
We'll discuss your home at our weekly production meeting and over 3000+ local
Realtors that work every day with selling property will have your homes
information right in front of them on our system.
Sincerely, Scott Sadlon
