Stillwater Preserve located in Malabar Florida is an exclusive deeded development of 74 home sites 1.5 to 3.42 acres . RV parking is allowed on side and back of homes, horses are not permitted, and there is a FL State owned nature preserve  on the west side of the community. Minimum home size is 2500 sq ft and you may choose your own builder; there are no time limits on when you build. The Home Owners Association fee is planned at $500 per year and lot prices range from $200,000 to $260,000 but are subject to change; there is a planed price increase in Jan 2007.
